ABOUT SENATOR PUCKETT
Born in Russell County, Virginia. Phillip and his wife, Jeanette, reside in Lebanon. They have three children: John, Joseph, and Martha.
Graduated from University of Tennessee, where he received his Bachelor of Science and later received a Master's in Administration from Virginia Tech.
Former educator who served as a Principal and Teacher in the Russell County School System.
Vice President of Business Development for First Bank & Trust Company.
Member of Lebanon Community Fellowship; Russell County Chamber of Commerce; and the Lebanon Volunteer Fire Department.
Member of the Senate of Virginia since 1999, representing the 38th Senatorial District.
